Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates combines the pilates method while adding weight and resistance with the use of the reformer bed. It is an exciting, unique and dynamic exercise routine that increases strength, flexibility, control, postural alignment and muscle tone.
This course is suitable for all fitness levels. You will become confident with the reformer bed and performing pilates exercises. At the conclusion of the course you will be ready to attend set reformer classes.
