About me: I have been a trainer for over 6 years and can personally relate to those with weight issues. After personally losing 45kgs, I realised what I and others are capable of. My passion is boxing and training to my full potential.

About me: I have been involved in the fitness industry for 14 years teaching a wide range of group fitness classes from school groups, freestyle classes to gentle group exercise. I enjoy all aspects of my job and personal training at Oxigen is my home away from home.

About me: In 2007 I walked into Oxigen as a member, determined to lose the excess weight that had crept on over the last couple of years. By December 2008 with the help of my personal trainer, I lost 20kg and earned the title of Member of the Year. There is no better feeling than getting out of bed in the morning feeling fit, strong and ready to take on the world! I believe in a balance of appropriate exercise and food choices to ensure long term sustainable results.
