studio one
This studio is an additional extra for fitness passport members. check with reception on how you can add this to your package.
Yoga
promotes flexibility while building strength within the body. the combination of breath and body exercises combine to focus and quieten the mind promoting calmness and relieving stress.
Pilates
focuses on the whole body, offering a non-stress, non-impact approach concentrating on core strength and flexibility without adding bulk.
Benefits: better posture, a firmer butt, less back pain, a flatter belly, longer leaner musculature, increased flexibility and joint mobility, greater strength, body awareness, better sex and improved balance.
Pilates Course
combines the pilates method while adding weight and resistance with the use of the reformer bed. it is an exciting, unique and dynamic exercise routine that increases strength, flexibility, control, postural alignment and muscle tone.
Reformer Pilates
combines the pilates method while adding weight and resistance with the use of the reformer bed. it is an exciting, unique and dynamic exercise routine that increases strength, flexibility, control,
postural alignment and muscle tone.
This class is only open to those who have done the reformer pilates course. Check with reception for course dates.
Reformer Pilates Course
is an 8 week course suitable for all fitness levels. During the course participants will become confident with the reformer bed and its equipment while becoming proficient with Pilates exercises. At the conclusion of the course they will be confident in attending set reformer classes.
Zumba
is a latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning, feel it to the core fitness party. this class is limited to members only. casual prices apply to fitness passport members.

RPM
is an indoor cycling program that develops cardiovascular capacity. each workout is performed on stationary cycles that enhance the outdoor experience. it’s the perfect low impact work-out for all levels
of fitness with intensity controlled by you via a resistance gauge.
Benefits: more than 600 calories can be burned in one 45 minute session. it’s a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat. fantastic for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. the perfect cross training class for fast results.

Bodypump
is a non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music.
Benefits: high calorie expenditure, fast improvement in muscular endurance and an increase in muscular strength of the whole body. this is a simple, effective program which is not dance related.
Bodystep
is a cardiovascular program that uses a height-adjustable step. it offers simple and easy to follow choreography, making it entertaining, safe and suitable for everyone.
Benefits: high calorie expenditure and increased lower body muscle definition, this program includes basic exercises for the arms and torso.
Bodycombat
is based on a variety of martial arts such as boxing, karate and takewondo. aimed at simultaneously training the whole body with a focus on endurance, strength, flexibility and agility.
Benefits: complete physical conditioning, high calorie expenditure, muscular definition and self-defence.
L.B.T
is a moderate intensity class focused on training, shifting and shaping the legs, bums and tums.
Benefits: stronger, more defined and toned core, legs and bum.
Boxing
is a full body workout that will focus on shifting and shaping the major muscles in the body. Learn how to box with correct technique as you pick up the basics and extend into multiple combos.
Benefits: increase in cardiovascular fitness, stamina and agility.
Cardiobox
is a combination class which keeps an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness while using correct boxing technique.
Benefits: increase in cardiovascular fitness and muscle definition.
Body Blitz
is a moderate to high intensity circuit based class focused on working muscle tone and losing unwanted body fat.
Benefits: high calorie expenditure and muscle tone.
gym classes
Cardio Beat + Core
cardiovascular interval based training on the cardio equipment incorporating abdominal intervals throughout the class.
Benefits: increased fitness levels, greater cardiovascular capacity and weight loss.
Core Blast
are 30 minute classes where the sole focus is on strengthening your abdominals.
Benefits: Strong abdominals for support of your lower back.
young at heart
is a program for those wanting to exercise at a low to moderate intensity and is specifically designed for people with or at risk of chronic conditions.
group pt
Group PT offers you the opportunity to reach your goals and maximise your results. Group personal training allows you to excel from the extra guidance, support and programming that you would from a personal trainer, in a group setting. Group personal training is a great investment that will keep you motivated and get you to where you want to go faster than you can on your own. All Group PT classes are limited to members who have Group PT included in their membership. Casual fees apply for attendance if not.
