Congratulations Clint Turner

"I've been an Oxigen member for a little over six months and in that time have lost 13 kilos and am well on my way to achieving my goals.

When signing up to Oxigen I was offered the option to bundle personal training into my membership and chose the option to have two sessions per week.

At first I wasn't sure about the value of personal training but I am now convinced it is something that everyone serious about getting results should consider. I have never been a particularly athletic person so having a trainer to provide both motivation and instruction in training & nutrition has been very valuable.

My personal trainer, Chris Cardozo, has worked closely with me to ensure that each session advances my fitness goals and is challenging yet achievable. When training with Chris it is obvious that he genuinely enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals. Chris' own weight loss story is a source of encouragement and the insight that gives him shows in his infectious positive attitude towards the achievement of your own goals.

Perhaps the most pleasing aspect of choosing Oxigen over other options are the friendly and passionate staff. Oxigen is just the right size: small enough to provide a friendly personal service yet large enough to ensure the service provided is every bit as good, indeed better, than the bigger chains. Don't be surprised to find the other trainers or even the owner, Trish, dropping in on your session to encourage you on!
