"My motivation to commence Oxigen's GRGR 6 week program was to get into a size 10 - 12 (as I was 12 - 14), increase my fitness and develop a long term commitment to my health and exercise. Being awarded member of the year was definitely a highlight for me in 2008, however not only was that a testament to my hard work but the hard work of the oxigen staff members who have assisted me in achieving my goals. I am sincerely grateful for the motivation, encouragement and inspiration the oxigen staff provide me to continue with my training, particularly from Chris, who continues to push me beyond the mental and physical limitations I often inadvertently set myself.
